At MySivi, we're building India's first AI Tutor that's transforming how people learn spoken English. Our AI provides instant feedback on grammar, pronunciation, and fluency, helping users improve faster than ever before. Today, we've already helped 10Cr+ users, and we're just getting started.
Our goal? Scale MySivi to ₹1000Cr+ ARR in the next 8-10 months. We're looking for someone who wants to build, experiment, fail fast, learn faster, and drive massive growth alongside the founders.
We are hiring Performance Marketers with different levels of experience and role could differ based on your experience.
We spend more than 20 lakhs per day and you will have the opportunity to handle a good budget depending on your experience. Budget will gradually increase as we scale the business.
We have raised minimal funding, don't believe in burning money and love to operate profitably.
What will you do?
🚀 Scale Google & Meta campaigns with significant monthly budgets.
📊 Track every important metric, uncover opportunities, and continuously improve campaign performance.
🎯 Optimize every stage of the funnel to maximize growth and efficiency.
🎬 Work closely with content creators to build, test, and iterate high-performing ad creatives before fatigue sets in.
🤝 Coordinate with agencies while taking complete ownership of performance.
You will be a great fit if you:
✔ Have 1+ years of hands-on experience running Google or Meta Ads.
✔ Understand CAC, ROAS, CTR, attribution, retention, and growth frameworks.
✔ Love short-form content and understand what makes people stop scrolling.
✔ Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.
✔ Enjoy working in a fast-moving startup where every experiment matters.
✔ Love challenges and have great energy
Bonus Points
- Experience with Google UAC (App Campaigns)
- GA4, Google Ads, or Meta certifications
- Experience with WebEngage, Amplitude, GA4, or MMP tools
- Strong understanding of user journeys and conversion funnels
