We’re looking for a highly proactive and internet-savvy person to help us grow through creators, influencers, and strategic collaborations. This role involves creator sourcing, influencer outreach, partnership coordination, and helping build the founder’s personal brand through podcasts and creator collaborations.If you spend a lot of time on Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and creator pages, and enjoy networking, communication, and online relationship building, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Find and reach out to UGC creators who can make content around our brand/products
- Handle influencer outreach on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.Coordinate creator and influencer collaborations from outreach to execution
- Manage creator communication, follow-ups, agreements, and campaign deliverables
- Maintain creator databases, trackers, and collaboration sheets
- Reach out to podcasters, creators, and media pages for founder collaborations and podcast appearances
- Research relevant creators, influencers, and partnership opportunities aligned with our audience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and influencers
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and online networking
- Good understanding of social media and creator culture
- Organised and good with follow-ups
- Self-driven and execution-focused
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and creator ecosystems
Good to have:
- Prior experience in influencer marketing or social media
- Experience managing creator pages or outreach
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Notion, etc.
