- Governance & Agile Collaboration: Participate in Agile (Scrum) events while tracking work transparently via Azure DevOps and managing controlled changes through ServiceNow (SNOW).

- Incident Support & On-Call Duty: Solve network incidents, contribute to root-cause analysis (RCA), and participate in a low-intensity standby rotation (approximately 2 times per year).

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, architects, and stakeholders across multiple locations (Rotterdam and Amsterdam) to deliver secure, scalable connectivity.

- Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Guide fellow squad members, maintain audit-compliant documentation, and actively share technical best practices across the engineering domain.

- Commitment to Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement by leveraging automation tools (Ansible/Python) and prioritizing high operational stability and security standards.

- Proactive Communication: Work comfortably within an Agile framework, demonstrating strong English communication skills to align effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
