ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an AI Operations Analyst to support the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of AI-driven business processes. This opportunity is ideal for recent Master’s graduates interested in AI, Data Analytics, Automation, and emerging technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor AI-powered applications, workflows, and operational metrics.
• Analyze data to evaluate AI system performance and business outcomes.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to track AI operations and performance.
• Support testing and validation of AI outputs and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Data, AI, Product, and Business teams on AI initiatives.
• Assist with documenting AI processes, use cases, and operational procedures.
• Perform data quality checks and support data preparation activities.
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and AI.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, or automation concepts.
• Familiarity with Python, Power BI, Tableau, or AI tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Recent Master’s graduates / 2026 graduates preferred.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Data, AI, Analytics, Technology, or Business Analytics.
• Candidates currently authorized to work in the U.S.
• F-1 / OPT / STEM OPT candidates may be considered, subject to specific employer requirements.
