AI Influencer & Growth Manager
We’re looking for an AI-native creative growth operator to build faceless social media brands, AI influencers, and short-form content engines for Dr. Morepen Home.
This is a mix of creator + growth hacker + AI experimenter.
Your job is not just to make content. It is to build accounts that grow, create attention, and eventually drive customers.
What You’ll Do
* Build and grow faceless Instagram and short-form content accounts
* Create AI influencers, characters, and repeatable content IP
* Spot trends, hooks, themes, and formats with organic potential
* Create scripts, images, voices, avatars, and videos using AI
* Test content at high velocity and double down on winners
* Experiment with CTAs, DMs, lead funnels, and conversion paths
* Track views, retention, followers, engagement, and leads
* Turn successful content formats into scalable growth engines
Tools
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Nano Banana, Seedance, Veo, Runway, Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Canva, automation tools, and whatever comes next.
Who We’re Looking For
* Strong creative instinct and internet-native taste
* Understands Instagram, Reels, creators, and organic growth
* Comfortable using AI tools every day
* Thinks in hooks, retention, distribution, and conversion
* Moves quickly from idea to published experiment
* Cares about growth numbers, not just content quality
Experience in content, growth, creator marketing, D2C, social media, design, or AI is useful.
Portfolio and demonstrated results matter more than formal education.
