▼業務内容
顧客の課題発見・PoC、独自AI実装・AI内製化、AI精度評価・改善などの開発支援に携わっていただきます。
・顧客のユースケースに合わせたAI活用方法の企画～PoC開発
・利用者に最適なインターフェース（会話設計）やデータ連携の実装
・開発ロードマップの策定とステークホルダーとの連携
・AI精度の継続的な評価と改善

■必須スキル
・Pythonを用いた1年以上の実装経験
・日本語能力：ビジネスレベル以上

Position: AI Engineer
Salary Range: JPY 6,000,000 – 7,200,000 / year (Bonus twice a year)

Job Description
You will be involved in development support, including customer issue discovery, PoC development, custom AI implementation, in-house AI adoption, and AI accuracy evaluation and optimization.
Planning AI utilization aligned with client use cases through PoC development.
Implementing optimal user interfaces (conversaional design) and data integrations.
Formulating development roadmaps and collaborating with stakeholders.
Continuously evaluating and improving AI model accuracy.

Requirements
Required Skills:
1+ years of hands-on implementation experience using Python
Business-level Japanese language proficiency or above
Preferred Skills:
Experience in AI and machine learning development
Experience building or working with AI models related to Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Knowledge of statistics/machine learning and practical experience in data analysis using these concepts
Ideal Candidate:
