単なる技術組織のマネジメントにとどまらず、経営陣や各事業の技術責任者と連携し、グループ全体の技術戦略および中長期のロードマップを策定する中核（VPoT）ポジションです。生成AI・機械学習の活用を経営レベルで推進し、共通基盤の検討や技術ガバナンスの強化など、幅広い技術テーマの意思決定をリードできます。複数事業のスケール課題から新規事業の立ち上げまで向き合え、自らアジェンダを設定して「VPoTの役割そのもの」を共創できる非常にエキサイティングなフェーズです。

Far beyond standard technical management, this is a core VPoT role where you will collaborate with the executive board and technical leaders of each business to formulate the group's overall technology strategy and mid-to-long-term roadmap. You will lead decision-making across a wide range of technical themes, including driving the use of Generative AI and machine learning at the management level, exploring shared infrastructure, and strengthening technical governance. You will tackle challenges ranging from scaling existing businesses to launching new ones, in a highly exciting phase where you can set the agenda and co-create the very role of the VPoT itself.

- Development & Management Domains: AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, MLOps, various shared infrastructure, and platform technologies (You will lead decision-making, including technology selection).
■ Minimum Requirements
- Experience in formulating technology strategies and leading technical decision-making.
- Experience in product development utilizing AI/Machine Learning, improving development productivity, or driving their adoption within an organization.
- Experience driving projects or initiatives cross-functionally while engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge or practical experience in security, governance, and risk management.
■ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in formulating and driving technology strategies across multiple products or businesses.
- Experience in planning and driving shared infrastructure, platforms, or development foundations.
- Knowledge or practical experience in Machine Learning, data infrastructure, MLOps, etc.
- Management experience in security, IT governance, or corporate IT domains.
- Experience in launching and operating cross-functional organizations such as SRE, QA, or Platform Engineering.
- Technical organization management experience in startups or growth-phase companies.
