- Experience in business improvement, system implementation, or DX promotion at consulting firms, SIers, IT companies, or operating companies.
- Experience in client business interviewing, business process mapping, and requirements definition.
- Experience in problem-solving utilizing AI, data analytics, SaaS, or enterprise systems.
- Experience in project management or project promotion.
- Experience in development/implementation projects collaborating closely with engineers or data scientists.
■ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in business improvement/DX projects utilizing AI, Generative AI, or LLMs.
- Basic understanding of RAG, AI agents, data analytics platforms, etc.
- Experience in implementing or supporting the utilization of enterprise systems like SaaS, ERP, CRM, or SCM.
- Experience in BPR (Business Process Reengineering), business design, and business standardization.
