FullStack is hiring a Principal Agentic Engineer for a high-impact, client-facing role focused on agentic workflows and AI-augmented engineering productivity. The position supports regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients in moving from traditional development to production AI adoption.

Experience
- 8-10+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer
- Advanced English required
- Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- No work visa sponsorship now or in the future
Qualification
- Four-year college degree
Responsibilities
- Define the architecture for how global enterprises adopt agentic workflows
- Serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead
- Assess current engineering states and define roadmaps for agentic solutions
- Engage with engineering leadership to defend architectural decisions
- Consult on industry best practices
- Measure ROI and developer productivity
- Design development processes where AI systems generate most implementation code
- Maintain rigorous human-in-the-loop validation
- Structure codebases and specifications for reliable, context-efficient AI output
- Walk clients through complex proposals
- Represent the FullStack team with confidence
- Take extreme ownership of your work
- Align with client goals and deliver on team commitments
