Job Description:

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for healthcare professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment. This position is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, placing, and maintaining relationships with providers throughout their assignments, including retention and extensions. You will recruit and support healthcare professionals nationwide, requiring the ability to effectively manage candidate communication and activity across multiple U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities:

- Recruit healthcare professionals across Allied Health, Locums, Nursing, Advanced Practice, and other clinical specialties.

- Generate a high volume of outbound candidate calls and outreach.

- Source qualified candidates through job boards, cold outreach, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other channels.

- Screen, interview, and qualify healthcare professionals for open opportunities.

- Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle from initial contact through placement, retention, and extensions.

- Build and maintain strong provider relationships to increase retention, extensions, and referrals.

- Recruit and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals nationwide, effectively coordinating communication and recruiting activity across multiple U.S. time zones.

- Manage a high-volume pipeline while balancing multiple open requisitions and changing priorities.

- Meet established recruiting KPIs, activity expectations, and performance goals.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of agency recruiting experience within Allied Health, Locums, Nursing, and/or Education staffing with measurable performance results.

- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience managing 40–50+ active providers in the pipeline.

- Strong relationship-building, objection-handling, and closing skills with a track record of maintaining 80%+ candidate retention through placement.

- Experience managing 30–50+ open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, KPI-driven staffing environment.

- Experience recruiting and managing candidates across multiple U.S. markets and time zones.

- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while consistently meeting performance expectations.
