- Perform basic Cisco device access, triage, monitoring, and configuration updates.

- Schedule
- Regular shift: 2:00–11:00 p.m. Eastern, with a one-hour lunch.
- Weekend flexibility required; schedule may be Saturday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Sunday.
- Training is expected to occur on first shift, typically 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, for approximately three weeks.
- Employees are generally expected to work independently after approximately 90 days.
- No formal on-call rotation; the team operates continuously.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is generally required; equivalent experience may be reviewed for exceptional candidates.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience, preferably in network operations.
- Cisco knowledge and the ability to navigate Cisco devices using Secure CRT are important.
- CCNA certification is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, multitasking, prioritization, curiosity, and security-first mindset.
- Riverbed, SolarWinds, Splunk, automation, AI, and Ansible experience are advantageous but trainable.
- Firewall experience is not a primary requirement.

- Operations-focused “eyes on glass” environment with extensive documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Team includes first-, second-, and third-shift coverage and operates fully remotely.
- Work involves rapid response to vendor and network incidents, often across multiple sites.
