Required Technical Skills
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on development experience with Go/Golang.
- Strong understanding of Go concurrency, goroutines, channels, interfaces, error handling, and memory management.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
- Strong experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- MongoDB
- Cassandra
- DynamoDB
- Experience with messaging/event-streaming technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests using Go testing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in large-scale retail, e-commerce, payments, supply chain, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience developing applications supporting high-volume transactions and millions of users.
- Experience with AWS services such as EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Kafka/event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of Redis or other caching technologies.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or ELK.
- Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, API security, and authentication/authorization.
- Experience with performance engineering and application profiling.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.
