This position will play a key role in driving both AI-powered product development and company-wide AI adoption, leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

About the Position
As a Generative AI / LLM Engineer, you will technically lead AI initiatives across the organization, ranging from the development of new AI-powered product features to the implementation of AI solutions for internal business operations.
This is not simply an AI model development position.
You will be involved across the entire AI solution lifecycle, including product implementation, business process transformation, technical architecture, technology selection, development, and production operation.
Working closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and business stakeholders, you will use AI technologies to drive both product growth and organizational productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new product features using Generative AI and LLMs
- Design and develop AI-powered products and systems
- Improve content creation and business operations through AI
- Plan and drive company-wide AI adoption initiatives
- Define requirements together with Product Owners, Product Managers, and business stakeholders
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, models, frameworks, and tools
- Design scalable AI system architectures
- Implement, operate, and continuously improve AI solutions in production
- Develop new user experiences powered by Generative AI and LLM technologies
- Contribute to AI-driven business transformation and productivity improvements
Requirements
Must Have
- Professional experience developing products or internal tools using Generative AI / LLM technologies
- Professional software development experience with Python or TypeScript
- Experience selecting technologies and designing architectures for AI systems
- Experience working in a collaborative software development team
- Experience driving projects in collaboration with non-engineering stakeholders
