As an online marketing agency specialising in Meta ads, we're growing at breakneck speed. To keep that growth going and take it to the next level, we're looking for an enthusiastic Meta Media Buyer to join us immediately.
What will you do?
Looking for a predictable, slow-paced 9-to-5? This isn't it. You know how to make the most of things when campaigns are crushing it, but you also have the patience and problem-solving skills to navigate the quieter days and build long-term consistency. You won't just be pushing buttons here, you'll be helping us build a highly scalable machine.
You launch, monitor and scale what's working. When something isn't, you're just as sharp: you know how to diagnose it and adjust course so the next round of campaigns performs even better. As we keep scaling, you'll also help us turn what works into repeatable, documented processes. Not just for your own campaigns, but for how the team buys media going forward.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience with Meta/Facebook ads campaign management: you know how to launch, test and scale campaigns, and you're comfortable managing meaningful ad spend.
- Resilient and patient: you perform when campaigns are crushing it, and you stay sharp and methodical when they're not.
- Analytical and precise: you read the data, draw the right conclusions, and translate them into concrete next steps.
- You think in processes: you look critically at how we work and help build scalable, repeatable media buying workflows.
- Living in (the vicinity of) Almere: you're flexible to work from our office to collaborate with the team.
