As an online marketing agency specializing in Facebook ads, we are growing at lightning speed. To maintain this momentum and elevate our performance to the next level, we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic Generative AI Marketing Specialist to join our team.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our Facebook campaigns. You will design the creatives, and our Media Buyers will test them.
- Analyze & Scale: Your primary focus will be deeply analyzing our top-performing creatives. You will decode why these ads work so well and use Generative AI to iterate and build upon them.
- Create from Scratch: You will use these data-driven insights to build brand-new creative concepts from the ground up.
- Optimize via Data: Once the Media Buyers test your creatives, you will further optimize them based on the performance data and results.
- Drive AI Innovation: You will ensure we stay ahead of the curve in Generative AI. This means constantly testing new tools and implementing the winning ones into our daily workflows.
- Process & Automate: We are not just looking for an executioner; we need someone who can analyze and automate these processes to ensure our creative output is highly scalable as our company grows.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience with Marketing Creatives: You know exactly what makes a visual or video compelling for marketing. Experience with Facebook Ads is a plus, but a sharp eye for high-converting marketing content is our top priority.
- Tech-Savvy & Curious about GenAI: You have hands-on experience generating visuals and copy using AI. You love the challenge of continuously experimenting with and testing new tools to get the best results.
- Creative, Analytical, & Precise: You do not just make art, you can dissect data. You are skilled at analyzing our best-performing ads and precisely optimizing your work based on testing data.
- Process-Oriented Thinker: You look at how we work with a critical eye and actively help implement and automate successful AI workflows.
- Based in (or near) Almere: You are flexible to work from our Almere office to collaborate closely with the team.
