About the Role:
- We are looking for a Zoho & AI Marketing Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered marketing automation systems connecting Zoho, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and AI/LLM technologies.
- You will work on automation workflows for multiple client accounts, connecting CRM and marketing data with AI agents, social platforms, lead-generation systems, and reporting workflows.
- This is a hands-on technical role for someone who can build reliable, production-ready integrations, not just configure tools or create proof-of-concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain integrations across Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Campaigns, and Meta.
- Develop workflows using Zoho APIs, Webhooks, Deluge, n8n/Make/Zapier, and custom integrations.
- Integrate Facebook & Instagram via Meta Graph API, including Lead Ads and approved messaging capabilities.
- Build AI agents for content generation, campaign creation, lead qualification, follow-up, reporting, and recommendations.
- Automate content approval, scheduling, publishing, and lead synchronization with Zoho.
- Maintain secure multi-client data separation, permissions, and approval workflows.
- Monitor API failures, tokens, workflow errors, and automation performance. system training and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho APIs, Webhooks, Workflows, and Deluge scripting.
- Experience building AI agents, LLM workflows, or AI-powered automations.
- Experience integrating Facebook and Instagram through the Meta Graph API.
- Working knowledge of OAuth, API authentication, REST APIs, databases, and backend integrations.
- Experience with one or more automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent custom automation.
- Experience with Python and/or Node.js for custom integrations is highly desirable.
- Understanding of multi-client architecture, data isolation, permissions, security, and audit logging.
- Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade automations.
