Role Overview:
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications. The role involves developing production-grade SaaS platforms, AI assistants, workflow automations, internal tools, and business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and deployment.
- Develop applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Build backend services using Node.js/Express/NestJS or Python/FastAPI.
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
- Develop AI assistants, chatbots, AI agents, document-processing systems, and workflow automations.
- Work with prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Build and maintain vector-search and knowledge-retrieval systems.
- Integrate AI systems with databases, CRMs, and third-party APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure application architecture.
- Optimize AI applications for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Design databases, write migrations, optimize queries, and support production applications.
- Write automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and participate in code reviews.
- Own features from development through deployment and production support.
Mandatory Skills:
- 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong experience with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js/Express/NestJS or Python/FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM/AI APIs.
- Experience building at least one AI-enabled application used by real users or business teams.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, embeddings, vector search, and/or RAG.
- Strong REST API and third-party integration experience.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and RBAC.
- Git/GitHub and production deployment experience.
