Volo Health Services is hiring a Chief Business Officer.
We have spent years deep inside healthcare and insurance. Claims administration, hospital networks, corporate benefits, regulation. Volo Health Services is the group's services arm, separate from Volo Health Insurance TPA, and it is where we are building our next set of businesses. B2B2C, reaching consumers through the employers and insurers who already cover them.
The mandate is three things. Build the tie-ups, across employers, insurers, banks, hospital networks and clinicians. Own the customer journey end to end, from first contact to the point people drop out. Then scale what works from one client to many without losing the quality. You will own revenue, shape the product roadmap with the founder, and build the commercial team from a standing start.
What we are looking for. You have run a startup in consumer or healthcare, as a founder or as part of the founding team. You have built distribution partnerships that lasted beyond the signing. You have taken something from working once to working at scale. You are comfortable enough with technology to hold your own with engineers. And you understand how Indian consumers actually behave around health, money, and family decisions.
