We are looking for a CRM Executive / Senior Executive to manage CRM activities, stakeholder coordination, and support Helpdesk operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day CRM activities and coordination.
- Support and coordinate Helpdesk operations, including weekly visits.
- Handle queries, requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of activities.
- Maintain records, trackers, and basic MIS reports.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely closure.
- Support internal stakeholders with day-to-day operational requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- PUC / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good spoken and written English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Good coordination, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive and organized approach.
- Prior experience in CRM, Customer Service, Helpdesk, or Coordination will be an advantage.
- Willingness to undertake weekly Helpdesk visits.
Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
