We're looking for a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Creative Automation Specialist to join our growing team in Cape Town.
This role sits at the intersection of creative production, automation and technology. You'll transform approved creative concepts into scalable production templates and workflows that enable high-volume, multi-market campaigns to be produced efficiently, consistently and accurately.
You'll work closely with creative teams, production specialists, localization experts and technology teams to build solutions that allow great creative to scale across markets, languages, formats and channels.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, structure and problem-solving just as much as creative execution.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain automated creative production templates using platforms such as Cape.io and other creative automation tools.
- Convert approved creative masters into reusable, scalable and modular templates.
- Configure dynamic content, localisation rules, product feeds and campaign variations.
- Develop production systems that support multiple languages, markets, channels and formats.
- Test and validate templates and automated outputs before production release.
- Troubleshoot template, data and automation issues.
- Collaborate with Creative, Production, Localisation, Technology and Delivery teams.
- Create and maintain documentation, standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, efficiency and quality.
- Stay up to date with emerging creative technologies, automation tools and AI-driven production solutions.
