Job Description
The role involves building a platform for autonomous AI agents that manage hardware validation campaigns and continuously enhance a shared knowledge base. As a core engineer, you will design and develop the LLM agent framework, RAG pipelines, and developer tools within the Global Cluster Engineering organization. This position focuses on AI-native software engineering, requiring collaboration with validation engineers and hardware teams. You will be responsible for creating multi-agent orchestration systems and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
Requirements
- Software development experience with a strong portfolio of production systems.
- Genuine passion for building AI-native software and experience with LLM-powered systems.
- Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, including embedding models and vector databases.
- Production experience with LLM tool use, multi-agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, Java, C#, or Rust.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the AI agent orchestration layer.
- Continuously improve the retrieval-augmented generation pipeline.
- Build intuitive web applications and developer experiences for engineers.
- Design and implement distributed services and APIs for AI workflows.
- Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions that transform validation operations.
