Job Description
The role at Databricks focuses on leading the development of sales intelligence solutions within a Data+AI platform. Candidates should have extensive experience in engineering and a strong understanding of CRM data models.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including time as a tech lead or leading other tech leads.
- Deep hands-on knowledge of at least one major CRM data model and platform such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Real understanding of how sales representatives and managers use CRM tools on a daily basis.
- Experience shipping production agents with tool use, permissioned writes, and human-in-the-loop review.
- Strong ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the modeling of sales and CRM objects, relationships, and history for reliable reasoning by agents.
- Develop agents used by sales representatives, management, and revenue operations.
- Define the write path back into the system of record, including permissions, validation, and audit processes.
- Help define and lead the implementation of initial use cases on top of the data and agents.
- Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows while ensuring human oversight.
