Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions, with Salesforce Marketing Cloud as the primary focus and strong experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce architecture expertise with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentforce, Einstein AI, integrations, data migration, security, and enterprise CRM strategy.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, high-performance Salesforce solutions, with Marketing Cloud as the primary platform and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as secondary areas.
· Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and AI-powered CRM solutions.
· Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies, AI innovations, platform capabilities, and industry trends and recommend continuous improvements.
· Define enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, technical frameworks, and best practices.
· Develop Salesforce technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and future Salesforce releases.
· Ensure appropriate data governance, security, compliance, data quality, and architecture standards across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture and solution designs.
· Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions involving custom development, APIs, middleware, third-party applications, and enterprise integrations.
· Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Salesforce developers, administrators, technical leads, and project teams throughout the complete project lifecycle.
· Assess the current Salesforce system landscape, identify gaps between current and target states, and define appropriate CRM transformation solutions.
· Support data migration strategy, integration architecture, data mapping, and overall Salesforce data management.
· Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, design sessions, and solution governance activities.
Required Skills
· Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture experience is mandatory and should be the candidate's strongest Salesforce skill.
· Relevant Salesforce architect-level certifications, preferably aligned with Marketing Cloud.
· Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
· Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and AI architectures.
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled CRM capabilities.
· Ability to define the Salesforce system landscape, assess current-state architecture, identify gaps, and design the desired future-state CRM solution.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
· Working knowledge of data migration, data architecture, data governance, and data quality.
· Demonstrated experience designing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and technical leadership roles, such as Functional Lead, Workstream Lead, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
· Experience developing Salesforce strategy and roadmaps covering platform capabilities, functionality, enhancements, and future releases.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce security, scalability, performance, and enterprise architecture principles.
Preferred / Desirable Skills
· Basic working knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
· Experience with Salesforce Field Service / Field Service Lightning.
· Experience with enterprise CRM transformation and Salesforce modernization initiatives.
· Knowledge of third-party Salesforce applications and integration platforms.
· Experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive-level teams.
· Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
