Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Lead with strong expertise in Tricentis NeoLoad to drive performance testing activities, strategy, execution and analysis for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance testing strategies using NeoLoad.
- Analyze requirements and define performance testing objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and architects to understand non-functional requirements.
- Execute load, stress, endurance and capacity testing.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations.
- Work with web technologies, client-server architectures and APIs.
- Use APM tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring and analysis.
- Prepare performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex performance issues.
- Support performance testing across enterprise applications and cloud environments.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
