💼 BUSINESS ANALYST – SYSTEMS ANALYSIS | ASSET MANAGEMENT
📍 Location: Claremont, Cape Town (Hybrid)
💰 Rate: Up to R650 per hour
🕒 Contract: 6 Months, Renewable | Independent Contractor
⏱️ Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (~160 hours/month)
📌 Reporting to: Technical Delivery Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Systems Analysis capabilities to join the technology team at a leading Asset Management organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology, with strong experience in business processes, requirements analysis, systems analysis/design and solution delivery.
🔑 KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Business Analysis experience with hands-on Systems Analysis capabilities
- Proven experience within Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Management or a closely related financial services environment
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and system requirements
- Experience working closely with both business and technical teams
- Understanding of systems design, integration and solution delivery
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
