We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative
At TalentPop App, we're building a team of Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering world-class support and making a meaningful impact with every customer interaction.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and/or social media
- Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns
- Provide thoughtful, high-quality responses that reflect our service standards
- Maintain a professional and solutions-oriented approach in every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- At least 1 year of online or remote customer service experience
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned PC or laptop (no borrowed equipment)
- Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download internet speed
- Dedicated workspace
