We're Hiring: Customer Support Representative (Remote)
At TalentPop App, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is passionate about helping people and delivering a great experience with every interaction.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and/or social media
- Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, and product questions
- Provide friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented support
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong English proficiency, written and verbal
- At least 1 year of remote customer service experience
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned PC or laptop (borrowed equipment is not accepted)
- Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download internet speed
- Dedicated and quiet workspace
