Built by second-time founders who have built and sold companies before, LH2 AI Labs (lh2.ai) is building the post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models. We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across verticals — coding, computer use, agentic, medical, audio, and more.
For AI to keep progressing, it needs high-quality datasets drawn from real production use cases. The public web has already been crawled and trained on — there's nothing left in the public domain to learn from. That's where we come in: we partner with institutions to connect their data to frontier models and help advance AGI.
Not every request fits neatly into one of our named verticals. Every week, clients — frontier labs and the data marketplaces that feed them — come to us with one-off, time-boxed tasks spanning many kinds of data: audio, video, imaging, documents, structured data, and more. The Sprint Team exists to catch every one of these, scope it quickly, and go find who in the world can supply it — often on a tight timeline. We're hiring an analyst to help run that queue.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Analyst to join our Sprint Team, reporting to the Sprint Team Lead.
You'll own a slice of the live queue end to end — sourcing vendors, qualifying them, coordinating samples, and driving each request through to a close. Every deal you close plugs directly into the data pipelines training frontier AI models, so the impact of your work shows up in weeks, not quarters.
This is a hands-on, outreach-first role, and that's by design: you'll spend most of your time on calls and follow-ups rather than decks or analysis. It's the fastest way to build real sourcing and negotiation instincts — the same instincts that go on to make a strong Sprint Team Lead or Vertical Lead.
The modality changes from one request to the next — one week it's audio, the next it's structured documents or imaging. That variety is part of the upside: few early-career roles let you build fluency across this many data types and market this quickly. You won't always start out knowing the space, but you're expected to get comfortable fast and carry your assigned requests to a close.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Source & Qualify
- Cold-source vendors for the requests assigned to you, across whatever data modality the request calls for.
- Qualify vendors quickly on capability, capacity, pricing, and quality signal before taking them further.
- Coordinate samples end to end — confirm scope, chase delivery, and check that what comes back actually meets spec.
Close & Coordinate
- Negotiate pricing and terms on your assigned requests, and know when to loop in the Sprint Team Lead.
- Keep your requests moving against their deadlines — flag blockers early, not after they've already cost time.
- Keep the vendor tracker current for everything you touch: contacts made, samples requested, prices quoted.
Build the Playbook
- Add to and maintain the vendor database as you source — new vendors, updated details, sample outcomes.
- Write down what you learn sourcing an unfamiliar modality so the next person on the team doesn't start from zero.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Sharp and fast to learn. You can pick up an unfamiliar data category quickly enough to sound credible on a call about it within a day or two.
- Genuinely comfortable with cold outreach. You'll be the first message or call for a lot of vendors who've never heard of us — that shouldn't faze you.
- Organized enough to run a handful of live requests at once without letting one quietly slip.
- 0–2 years in sales, business development, sourcing, or a related operating role — internship experience counts.
- High ownership; comfortable in fast, ambiguous environments where the next request rarely looks like the last one.
