ABOUT LH2
Built by second-time founders who have built and sold companies before, LH2 AI Labs (lh2.ai) is building the post-training infrastructure for frontier AI models. We bring private, high-quality institutional datasets and vetted domain experts to frontier AI pipelines across verticals — coding, computer use, agentic, medical, audio, and more.
For AI to keep progressing, it needs high-quality datasets drawn from real production use cases. The public web has already been crawled and trained on — there's nothing left in the public domain to learn from. That's where we come in: we partner with institutions to connect their data to frontier models and help advance AGI.
Healthcare is one of our highest-priority verticals. Frontier labs need multimodal clinical data — de-identified notes, imaging, lab results, genomics — to train models that can eventually support diagnosis, triage, and care. That data sits locked inside hospitals, diagnostic chains, EHR vendors, and payers, with no trusted way to license it out. We're hiring an analyst to help build that pipeline.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Analyst to join our Healthcare vertical, reporting to the Healthcare Data Partnerships Lead.
You'll own a slice of the partner pipeline end to end — sourcing and qualifying hospitals, diagnostic chains, EHR vendors, payers, and health-tech platforms, and driving outreach through to a warm handoff or close. Every partnership you help build feeds directly into the clinical data pipelines training frontier AI models — real, near-term stakes in an industry that touches everyone.
This is a hands-on, outreach-first role, and that's by design: you'll spend most of your time on outreach, calls, and follow-ups rather than decks or analysis. It's the fastest way to build the sourcing and negotiation instincts that go on to make a strong vertical lead.
You'll work across a wide range of healthcare institutions — hospitals, diagnostic chains, EHR vendors, payers — so you'll build real fluency in how healthcare data actually moves, well before most people in the industry get that exposure. You won't always start out knowing the space, but you're expected to get comfortable fast and carry your assigned partners toward a close.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Source & Qualify
- Cold-source and identify potential data partners — hospitals, diagnostic and pathology chains, radiology and teleradiology providers, EHR/HIS/PACS vendors, payers, and health-tech platforms — for the Healthcare Data Partnerships Lead to pursue.
- Qualify partners quickly on data readiness, digitization level, compliance posture, and scale before taking them further.
- Run initial outreach and discovery calls, and hand off qualified conversations to the Vertical Lead for negotiation and close.
Support the Deal
- Help structure and track licensing conversations as they move through the pipeline — scope, pricing, de-identification requirements, and usage rights.
- Keep the partner tracker current: every partner contacted, every call held, every next step logged.
- Coordinate onboarding follow-ups after a deal closes - PHI/PII sign-off, data flow, payments, renewals.
Build the Playbook
- Add to and maintain a partner database across healthcare sub-segments - provider, payer, life sciences, medical devices.
- Write down what you learn sourcing each type of institution so the next person on the team doesn't start from zero.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Sharp and fast to learn. You can pick up healthcare-specific concepts - de-identification, compliance basics, clinical data formats - quickly enough to sound credible on a call within a few days.
- Genuinely comfortable with cold outreach. Hospital administrators and medical directors won't always pick up the first time - that's expected, not discouraging.
- Organized enough to run a pipeline of live partner conversations without letting one quietly go cold.
- 0-2 years in sales, business development, or a related operating role - internship experience counts. Prior exposure to healthcare, health-tech, or life sciences is a plus but not required.
- High ownership; comfortable in fast, ambiguous environments.
