Recoveries Specialist — resolve overdue accounts and secure repayment commitments. Kraków, Poland.
Our client is an international fintech lender operating across 11 countries, making funding faster and simpler for small businesses.
This role owns overdue accounts end to end — negotiating repayment, resolving complex customer issues, and protecting the customer experience throughout.
What You'll Do
→ Manage and resolve delinquent accounts through negotiation and problem-solving
→ Conduct inbound and outbound credit calls to secure repayment commitments
→ Engage internal and external stakeholders, owning issues through to resolution
What We're Looking For
→ Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills
→ Advanced written and verbal communication ability
→ A results-driven approach to complex, sensitive customer conversations
