People & Culture Manager — build the People function for a fast-growing lender's new Kraków office. On-site, Kraków.
Our client is an international fintech lender making funding faster and simpler for small businesses, already operating in 11 countries and now launching in Kraków.
This is their first dedicated People hire in Poland — a true HR Business Partner role combining hands-on generalist work with the chance to build the local People function from scratch.
What You'll Do
→ Be the first point of contact for all employees in Poland on HR matters
→ Own onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR advisory for the local team
→ Ensure local HR practices are fully compliant with Polish labour law
→ Partner with the global People team and build foundational processes and policies from the ground up
What We're Looking For
→ Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role
→ Strong working knowledge of Polish labour law
→ Comfortable being a company's first local People hire, building rather than inheriting processes
→ Fluency in Polish and English
