Responsibilities
- Understand and translate business requirements and problem statements into prompts for AI foundry platforms and ecosystems.
- Assess generated systems code to identify design gaps, inefficiencies, and style issues.
- Implement fixes in design and code as necessary.
- Test, verify, and deploy full-stack AI and agent-based systems and applications.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall software, distributed systems, and cloud-native development experience.
- Experience with coding standards (Google JavaScript/JSON style guide, PEP 8).
- Knowledge of design patterns (GOF, others).
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks.
- 2-3+ years developing and integrating AI, Gen AI, and agentic AI algorithms, models, frameworks, and prompt engineering.
- Hands-on experience with web application frameworks and programming languages such as Angular, React, Python, NodeJS, Rust (5+ years).
- Minimum of one year working with cloud tech stacks including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
- Experience with QA frameworks and test automation platforms (1+ year).
- Ability to test AI and LLMs for accuracy, bias, and reliability using tools like Brainstrust and Galileo.
- Must have AWS and Azure experience.
- Come from a federal background.

- Emerging standards for AI agent ecosystems.
- SME/Power user for systems like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot.
- Prompt engineering expertise translating business/user requirements.

Pay Range
Pay range: $90,000–$120,000 (annual).
This pay range is based on qualifications and experience, and assumes all role requirements are met.
