About the Role
As an AI Data Project Specialist, you are responsible for assisting AI data project managers to deliver data projects that are essential to our AI products and customer success. You will work in an energetic team and assist to manage part-time teams or vendors for project delivery. You should have a strong sense of responsibility and be detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities
- Work with AI data project managers to deliver the data labelling/collection projects with high quality, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct hands-on quality checking to make sure the data checked by QAs (Quality Assurance) meets the target accuracy rate.
- Recruit part-time teams or source vendors to deliver data labelling/collection projects.
- Train part-time teams or vendors to understand data labelling rules and how to use the data labelling software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in the technology industry and preferably with companies that provide data sourcing and data annotation for speech recognition technologies.
- Quick learner, open to new concepts and technologies, and not afraid of learning new things.
- Self-motivated, willing to take on new responsibilities with a growth mindset.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good prioritization skills and able to multitask effectively.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work at the client’s site as needed.
