Real Estate Valuation Expert – AI & Digital Products (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced real estate valuation professional to join an AI team developing data-driven products and digital solutions for the real estate industry.
In this role, you will bring your real estate valuation expertise into the development of software, data and AI-enabled products, working closely with business stakeholders, customers, Product Management and technical teams.
You will help translate real estate valuation processes and business needs into clear requirements, concepts and use cases, ensuring that new digital solutions are practical, valuable and aligned with real-world industry needs.
You do not need to be a traditional Business Analyst or Product Owner. We are particularly interested in professionals from real estate valuation who have also gained experience or exposure to business processes, digitalisation, software, requirements or technology projects.
Programming or AI development experience is not required.
What You Bring
Essential:
- Strong professional experience in real estate valuation, appraisal or property valuation – mandatory.
- Solid understanding of real estate valuation processes, methodologies and business requirements.
- Experience working with real estate valuation in a professional environment, such as real estate companies, banks, valuation firms, consultancies or financial institutions.
- German at C1 level or equivalent – mandatory.
- English at B2 level or above.
- Based in Germany and willing to work remotely within Germany.
- Strong analytical and structured approach, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
Experience in one or more of the following is highly valued:
- Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering
- Product Ownership / Product Management
- Business or Process Analysis
- Process optimisation or digitalisation projects
- Software implementation or system introduction
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Working with software, data or technology teams
- Translating business needs into functional requirements, specifications or use cases
- Customer-facing projects or stakeholder management
- Agile software development environments, e.g. Scrum
- Interest or experience in AI, data-driven products or digital transformation
