Location: New York, NY — Hybrid

Salary: $100,000–$120,000

Employment: Full-time

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager with 1–3 years of experience to join a growing SaaS company transforming how performing arts organizations manage ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and audience engagement.

You’ll join a collaborative product team and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to identify customer problems and turn them into products and features that deliver measurable value.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career Product Manager looking to take greater ownership across the full product lifecycle. Experience in ticketing, e-commerce, SaaS, or the performing arts is a major plus.

What You'll Do

- Own product features from discovery and definition through launch and iteration

- Conduct customer research, usability testing, and data analysis

- Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and priorities

- Contribute to product roadmaps, strategy, OKRs, and KPIs

- Work closely with engineering and design to scope and deliver new features

- Write product requirements and acceptance criteria

- Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and effort

- Partner with sales and marketing on product launches and go-to-market plans

- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product performance

- Gather customer feedback and continuously improve adoption and usability

- Communicate product decisions, progress, and trade-offs across the business

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years' experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or similar

- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable requirements

- Comfortable using data, analytics, metrics, and dashboards to inform decisions

- Strong organization and attention to detail

- Customer-focused, analytical, and curious approach to product development

Nice to Have

- Experience within ticketing, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital platforms

- Passion for theatre, live events, or the performing arts

- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar tools

- Experience conducting customer research or usability testing

- Experience supporting product or feature launches

Working Model

This is a hybrid New York-based role, with the team generally meeting in NYC once per week, plus one full week together each quarter.

If you're an ambitious early-career Product Manager who wants genuine product ownership while working on technology used by live events and performing arts organizations, we'd love to hear from you.
