Senior Software Developer
Location: Philadelphia, PA / Hybrid

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a high-performing engineering team building and evolving large-scale consumer technology products.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, develop and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications
- Build new functionality and enhance existing products
- Develop responsive and performant user experiences across modern platforms
- Work closely with product, engineering and architecture teams
- Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation and deployment processes
- Help mentor and support other engineers within the team
Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability and scalability
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Software Developer / Software Engineer
- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong experience with React and modern frontend development
- Experience with Node.js and developing backend services
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns and application architecture
- Experience developing large-scale, customer-facing applications
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems
- Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD, Git and automated testing
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging and communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience within streaming, OTT, CTV, media or consumer technology
- Experience developing applications for connected TV or other consumer devices
- Knowledge of video playback, streaming protocols or content delivery
- Experience with technologies such as RDK, Lightning.js, Roku, Android TV, Fire TV or tvOS
