The Job:
We are seeking an Associate, Learning Operations & Delivery to keep DEC's education programmes running smoothly from enrolment to completion. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who takes pride in flawless execution, enjoys solving problems for learners and partners, and wants to see behind the scenes of how global education programmes actually run.
You will report to DEC's Director of Education and work closely with DEC's learning design, partnerships and member engagement teams, as well as with the institutions and learners we serve.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day delivery of DEC courses and learning programmes, including enrolments, cohort setup, scheduling and communications with learners and partner institutions
- Own learner and client support across the course portfolio, resolving queries quickly and turning recurring issues into fixes at the source
- Administer DEC's learning platforms, keeping courses, user accounts, integrations and reporting accurate and up to date
- Support the technical integration of DEC programmes into member institutions' systems and workflows, coordinating with institutional teams to get set-ups right the first time
- Monitor programme health through completion, engagement and support data, flagging issues early and reporting clearly to the team
- Maintain and improve delivery playbooks, checklists and standard operating procedures so quality scales with the portfolio
- Coordinate certificates, records and completion workflows, ensuring learners and institutions receive what they need on time, every time
Your profile:
- Ideally 2+ years of relevant professional experience in programme operations, learning delivery, customer support or education administration
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a track record of running processes reliably and at pace
- Comfortable with learning platforms and digital tools (e.g. LMS, CRM, spreadsheets), and quick to learn new systems
- A natural problem-solver with a service mindset, calm under pressure and proactive in communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working across time zones with a globally distributed team
