Systems Administrator
Location: Richardson, TX (Hybrid)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years managing enterprise Microsoft technologies
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Permissions Management
- Proven support experience with Microsoft 365, Entra, SharePoint, and MFA
- Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments, including troubleshooting and cloud networking
- Skilled in storage management (SAN, LUN activities, snapshots, clones)
- Familiarity with web technologies, IIS, load balancing, and SSL offloading
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure and ITIL practices
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or XenServer
- Ability to migrate emails to Office 365 during company acquisitions
- Familiarity with backup strategies, disaster recovery, and Citrix/XenApp is a plus
- Willingness to travel periodically
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and permissions
- Support and optimize Microsoft 365, Entra, SharePoint, and MFA solutions
- Troubleshoot and support Azure/AWS cloud environments and cloud networking
- Deploy and manage Windows Server infrastructure, including server setup, migration, and new system deployment
- Lead email migration projects during acquisitions, migrating client systems to Office 365
- Maintain and support virtualization environments, including VMware and XenServer
- Automate tasks and improve processes using PowerShell or GraphAPI
- Resolve high-level tickets and escalated issues promptly
- Manage storage solutions, backup, and disaster recovery methodologies
- Collaborate across teams to ensure system security, stability, and performance
