Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Project Manager role based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Commercial Project Manager oversees commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, tracking costs, and monitoring progress against milestones. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, change orders, and reports, while maintaining clear communication with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders. The Commercial Project Manager also identifies and mitigates risks, supports site safety compliance, and provides leadership to project team members to ensure smooth project execution.
