Job Descriptions：
We are expanding our AI product team and are currently hiring multiple AI Product Managers to drive the development and commercialization of GenAI- and Agent-powered products.
The AI Product Manager will work closely with our AI/NLP Scientists and Software Engineers to translate business needs and AI capabilities into scalable, production-ready products. This role owns the product lifecycle from problem definition and product design through technical alignment, launch, evaluation, and continuous iteration.
Responsibilities：
- Own end-to-end product planning and execution for GenAI, LLM, and Agent-based products
- Define product requirements, priorities, roadmap, and success metrics
- Work closely with AI/NLP Scientists on model capabilities, evaluation, RAG, prompting, and AI quality
- Partner with Software Engineers/ NLP Scientists on system design, API integration, scalability, reliability, and deployment
- Translate business workflows into structured AI workflows and product solutions
- Build or validate prototypes and AI product demos
- Define evaluation metrics for accuracy, hallucination, latency, reliability, and user experience
- Design fallback and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Use user feedback, failure analysis, and product metrics to continuously improve the product
Requirements：
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 1 year of experience in AI Product Management
- Experience launching or managing AI / LLM-powered products in production
- Experience working closely with AI/ML or NLP Scientists and Software Engineers
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, tool calling, prompt engineering, model routing, and AI evaluation
- Ability to translate technical discussions into clear product requirements and decisions
- Strong cross-functional communication, product ownership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently drive projects from idea to production
