Context of the Mission
As part of the reinforcement of our Data teams in Belgium, one of our clients is looking for a Data Engineer to work on large-scale data platforms supporting both B2B and B2C activities.
The mission takes place in a modern, cloud-oriented data environment, with strong business challenges related to the Energy & Utilities sector and large-scale data valorization.
Main Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines in a cloud environment
- Industrialize data flows including ingestion, transformation, and exposure
- Deploy and orchestrate data workflows using Apache Airflow
- Develop data processing solutions using Python and SQL
- Work on an AWS Cloud data stack (storage, processing, managed services)
- Contribute to data projects using Dataiku (data preparation, industrialization, collaboration with business teams)
- Ensure data quality, reliability, traceability, and monitoring across the platform

Work Conditions
The position is based in Brussels (Belgium) and follows a hybrid work model, with 2 days per week on the client site and the remaining days working remotely, fostering collaboration and strong team synergies.
Profile Required
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with AWS in data-related projects
- Solid practice of Apache Airflow for pipeline orchestration
- Experience with Dataiku is a strong plus
- Comfortable working in complex and structured data environments
- Professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
