We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) Supporting Engineer to join our implementation team and play a critical role in delivering enterprise software solutions. As the technical execution partner to the FDE Lead, you will be responsible for building, integrating, and validating solutions across the full technology stack while supporting complex customer engagements.
This role is ideal for a hands-on full-stack engineer who enjoys solving challenging technical problems, leveraging AI-assisted development workflows, and contributing to modern cloud-native applications. While this is not a customer-facing position, it offers a strong growth path toward becoming an FDE Lead.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer building production-grade applications across multiple layers of the technology stack.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- React and/or Angular
- Backend application development
- GraphQL and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures
- RESTful APIs and microservices
- Cloud platforms and modern deployment practices
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Hands-on experience working with AI-assisted development tools, LLM APIs, AI agents, or agentic engineering workflows.
- Solid understanding of software architecture principles with the ability to contribute to technical design discussions.
- Experience delivering features independently while collaborating closely with technical leadership.
- Strong debugging, testing, and software quality assurance skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale application modernization or legacy system migration initiatives.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, intelligent automations, or custom AI agents.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Experience working in consulting, implementation, or Forward Deployed Engineering environments.
