Job Title: Security Site Coordinator
Location: Nysa, Poland (5 days a week onsite with occasional Saturday working)
Duration: 6 to 8 months contract
Job Description
- As a SECURITY Site Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless design support and installation of Access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems at our construction sites.
- Your expertise in coordinating activities of resources and external subcontractors, managing quality of works and ensuring compliance with regulations to support efficient and further effective operation of our clients' buildings.
- Your role in overseeing the installation process, supporting design phase, coordinating integration process with 3rd party systems and subcontractors.
- You will report directly to our local Project Management Leader with great cooperation with Senior Project Manager on site.
- In this role, you will impact the performance and functionality of Security Systems, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions, optimal operation on site and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate installation, integration, and maintenance of Security Systems
- Manage resources (subcontractors) including technicians and engineering staff
- to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards in all aspects of building management system operations (including HSE and Quality regulations)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address customer needs and provide technical support.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in Security alarm system scope
You Must Have
- Proven experience in coordinating electrical works on construction sites
- Solid knowledge of any of the following Security system. Access control, CCTV, intrusion detection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and effectively prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with scheduling processes, milestone delivery, and relevant IT tools (including MS Project)
- Intermediate English proficiency, suitable for working in an international environment
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage installations on multiple buildings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent English and Polish languages to work efficiently in international environment
- Understanding of scheduling process, delivering milestones and IT tools (incl. MS Project and Autocad)
