Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to support Xiaomi Malaysia’s online sales and digital marketing operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce platform management, campaign execution, and data analysis, providing valuable exposure to the fast-paced consumer electronics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Operations: Assist in managing product listings, updating content, and ensuring accurate information across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop).
- Campaign Support: Help execute online sales campaigns, promotional activities, and flash sales to drive traffic and conversion.
- Content Creation: Support the design and upload of banners, product visuals, and promotional materials to enhance customer engagement.
- Data & Performance Tracking: Assist in monitoring sales performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness; prepare reports and insights for optimization.
- Customer Experience: Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve online customer inquiries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and retail teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
Job Requirements
- Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong interest in digital commerce, online retail, and consumer electronics.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or data analysis tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with creativity and attention to detail.
- Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online content creation is an added advantage.
