Job Description:
- The role involves managing production support activities, leading major incident resolution, and ensuring seamless communication with business and technical stakeholders across the globe. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure Cloud, SQL, scripting, and knowledge in at least one programming language.
- Experience in troubleshooting UI applications, web technologies, and cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
- Candidates should be capable of reviewing and understanding application code, performing root cause analysis, and driving service improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and availability during India business hours are required
- Experience in the Finance and Asset Management domain is always an added advantage
