We are looking for a passionate Product Owner to drive the development of our Cloud and AI products. You will work closely with customers, business stakeholders, designers, engineers, and AI Solution Architects to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that solve real business problems.
As the voice of the customer, you will own the product backlog, translate business needs into actionable user stories, and ensure the development team delivers maximum value.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and identify product opportunities.
- Create and maintain a well-prioritized product backlog.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and AI Solution Architects throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and market needs.
- Plan and participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Validate completed work to ensure it meets business requirements and quality expectations.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to support product launches and customer adoption
Job Requirements
- Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs
