The Role
- Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to translate business challenges into actionable analytical plans
- Identify growth opportunities and risks through deep analysis of user behaviour, conversion, and revenue trends
- Design and build dashboards that clearly communicate performance and key business metrics
- Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover meaningful insights and inform decision-making
- Influence stakeholders across all levels through clear storytelling and data-driven recommendations
- Support experimentation and measurement frameworks to evaluate product and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to improve data quality, tracking, and metric definitions
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in data analytics within a digital, product-led, or marketplace environment
- Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with large-scale datasets
- Experience using Python for analytical work, modelling, and automation
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Databricks, or AWS
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or similar for building impactful dashboards
- Strong understanding of business metrics including conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear analytical approaches
- Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders and challenge thinking constructively
