Full Stack Engineer (CloudSign)

CloudSign, a market-leading electronic contract platform adopted by over 2.5 million organizations, is expanding its engineering team to accelerate the digital transformation of business transactions across Japan. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale products that support contract execution, management, invoicing, payments, and the broader transaction lifecycle.
What You'll Do
• Design, develop, and maintain web application features for the CloudSign platform
• Define requirements and implement scalable solutions
• Improve system architecture, security, and performance
• Refactor existing code and manage technical debt
• Conduct code reviews and support development best practices
• Improve operational processes and service reliability
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers in Scrum teams
Depending on your experience, you may also:
• Lead technical initiatives and development projects
• Drive technical strategy and technology selection
• Solve complex technical challenges at scale
• Mentor and support other engineers
Requirements
• 5+ years of web application development experience using modern technologies
• At least 1 year of continuous experience working on a single product
• Strong full-stack development experience
• Business to Fluent Japanese communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing in-house products or SaaS platforms
• Experience with highly secure systems and products
• Development Team Lead or Tech Lead experience
• Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience
• Experience mentoring or managing engineers
