About the Role
As a Product Manager / Project Manager, you will lead product development from planning and requirements definition to release and continuous improvement.
You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and QA teams to deliver user-focused features and improve the product experience.
Responsibilities
• Manage new feature development and product improvements
• Define requirements and create specifications
• Manage development schedules and project progress
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve products
• Support release management and quality improvement
Requirements
✅ Experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in software development
✅ Experience leading cross-functional teams
✅ Experience managing projects from requirements to release
✅ Strong requirements definition and documentation skills
✅ Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Figma, and GitHub
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with engineers
✅ Fluent Japanese communication skills
