Job Description:
Work closely with the Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within agreed timelines, cost, and scope.
Manage and oversee project documentation and subcontractor-related matters.
Perform system setup and database configuration, resolve technical and design issues.
Provide support for IT infrastructure, including Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
Possess knowledge of network switches and the design of network devices within the project scope.
Carry out installation, debugging, and troubleshooting of IT-related issues.
Be hands-on in providing guidance and conducting knowledge transfer to site engineers.
Oversee project teams and subcontractors effectively.
Host, manage, and present project meetings.
Report project progress to the Project Manager and follow up on software development and site installation works.
Job Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills with good organisational and coordination abilities.
Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.
Proficient in networking, SQL, and Windows operating systems.
Knowledge in the following areas:
A. Cybersecurity
B. SQL Management Studio applications and database table management
C. Vulnerability assessment
D. Software development concepts
E. Setup and installation of access control systems (e.g. key management systems, CCTV, card readers, gantries)
F. Project requirements and procedures
Able to work independently and function well as a team player.
Minimum of 7 years of system-related experience.
Willing to travel between office and project sites.
